i’ve been making alot of efforts to eat well now that i have my own kitchen and getting my fitness more focused on building muscle (gotta do more than hooping y’know)

that there are no superior ways to exercise? Do what you love! This includes but is not limited to:
- Pole dancing
- Horseback riding
- Rock climbing
- Weight lifting
- Jumping rope
- Ultimate frisbee
- Hula hooping
- Dancing in your underwear
- Ice skating
Just do what you love and strive to find balanced health.
just did my first workout in ages.. i have been hoop dancing almost daily and lost 5lbs :)
